Services:Mediation services are generally provided Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.Evening and weekend times will also be considered upon special request.Full and half day rates are available.At this time, there is no charge for travel within the Twentieth Judicial Circuit.
Payment:Payment in full is required at the time of the mediation.Accordingly, parties or their counsel are expected to bring a blank check, payable to “Jacqueline Buyze Mediation, Inc., to the conference.

Case Materials:Confidential case summaries are appreciated and may be delivered via fax, e-mail or U.S. Mail.
Applicable Rules:Conferences are conducted in accordance with and subject to the provisions of law relating to court-ordered mediations and all applicable court orders, rules and procedures.
